DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO SHOP?

Short answer – Yes!  We work with only one bride at a time, giving her our full attention during her appointment time slot which means we can only operate by appointment.  But don’t fret!… we can often accommodate next day or even same-day appointments.  You can BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT HERE.

WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR GOWNS?

Prices range from $1,200 – $3,700.  The majority of gowns fall between $1,700 – $2,300.  We aim to carry the finest quality bridal gowns without a huge price-tag.  We look for the richest materials, softest laces and best overall fit when curating our gowns.  We guarantee you will see the value in these beauties!  We also have an incredible selection of sample sale gowns for under $1000!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I START SHOPPING FOR MY GOWN?

We recommend shopping for your bridal gown 8 – 12 months in advance.  In most cases your gown will be made to order, and can have a lead time of anywhere between 3 and 8 months.  In order to avoid rush fees and overall stress – give yourself plenty of time.  Is time something you don’t have?!  Don’t worry… a couple of our designers keep stock, and we are often able to sell you one of our gowns off the rack if necessary.

WHAT SIZE OF WEDDING DRESSES DO YOU CARRY IN STORE?

Because we are a very small store, until we (inevitably) expand, we can only carry samples sizes that are considered to be “average” according to the designer’s sales history.  Most of our gowns range is size between 6 and 12, which in street size is approximately 4-10, but we also have a great selection of samples in size 18-20!  All of our gowns can be ordered up to size 18, and the majority of them can be ordered up to size 28. Note: Most gowns can be tried on by most brides of all shapes and sizes.  We have ways of helping you envision the final product!

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

VERY good question!  Again, our store is very small and we aim to give an intimate, personal experience.  We can accommodate 5 guests for your appointment during “regular times” in our main fitting area.  Our second changeroom can accommodate bride +3 guests.  During COVID restrictions, we are allowing brides to bring 2 guests with them, unless otherwise arranged ahead of time.

HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT LAST?

We schedule appointments to be 2 hours long.  This is plenty of time for you to take your time and enjoy your bridal gown shopping experience!  If you go over this time, we are happy to schedule you a second appointment!  Second appointments will be scheduled for 1 hour.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

It is always useful to bring a pair of shoes with you that are similar in height to what you think you would wear on your wedding day.  If you already have “the shoes” – definitely bring them with you!

We also highly recommend bringing a nude coloured strapless bra if you have one.  This, along with some spanx, go a long way in helping you to picture the gown and how it will look on your big day.  We will also have a selection of spanx and strapless bras on hand for brides to try on with.
